Returns Policy

At ÉLY, every piece is carefully checked before it is packed and sent to you. Please read our policy before placing your order.

No returns or exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bras, briefs, nightwear and other intimate items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been delivered.

We recommend using our Fit Finder and the size guide on each product page before you order. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will gladly help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of its packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
