We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken through the secure methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment taken will be refunded.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are correct.

6. Returns

For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled as described in our Returns Policy.
